as it appeared
from a vantage point near present-day Windy Ghoul
A good record of the time is this artist's sketch
of the Beaver area as it appeared
in 1886; note the fair gounds along present-day
Sharon Road.
Thios artist's rendering shows Beaver as it appeared
in 1900;
Considerable Growth is evident in comparison with
the similar
drawing made in 1886, only fourteen years earlier.
