Old Economy Village, the third and final home of the Harmony Society, was built by one of the most successfulcommunal groups in America. Begun in 1825, Economy was home to more than 500 society members. Today, the six acre Commonwealth-administered historic site sits within the National Historic Landmark District in Ambridge. Sixteen buildings, furnished with original artifacts, a new visitor center and historic gardens are open to visitors from March through December.

Visitors can experience first-hand how the Harmony Society lived through tours and educational programs offered at the village. Visit their Web site to get the most current info on what programs are upcoming.
