(Original site was located on the hillside opposite the Old Sharon Bridge.)
The site of the first Methodist Chuich to be erected in Beaver County was on the hillside opposite the old Sharon Bridge. The property was deeded to Robert R. Darragh et al as trustee by Daniel Leet.
The church building was a small, frame structure which was built about 1820. No remains of the old building exist today, nor can the exact spot on which the building stood be designated today.
