The Warehouse was a long frame structure that originally stood on the edge of the river bank. A beam ran the length of tire building to which block and tackle could he attached for raising heavy freight.
When the Canal Boating days were over, the building was moved across the street and remodeled into a two-story two-family dwelling.
A collection of old Canal Boating records were found in the attic of the building when torn down recently.
