The Beaver Area Historical Museum Overview Map
This Museum has been designed to present the remarkable story of the people, places and events associated with the Beaver Area during the period from 1700 to 1950. In it you will find profiles and images of some of the people who have played important roles in the shaping of our history on both a local and a national or international plane. You will see a timeline mural that describes the whole history of the area in condensed form. You will also find many artifacts and icons that reveal much of the character of this rich local history. By following the numbers on the map you may have a self-guided tour that will offer you an introduction to the story of how the Beaver Area came to be what it is today.
