WHEREAS, Freedom Borough Council wishes to recognize the service provided to the residents of the Borough of Freedom by the Freedom Public Library for the last fifty years, and
WHEREAS, the Library has provided a cultural and educational center for the residents, and
WHEREAS, the benefits derived from such
a service are
insurmountable,
